To support the group's growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking: **PRL Technician, with permanent contract, for our Teruel site** The PRL Technician is responsible for assessing occupational risks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting inspections, and coordinating preventive measures. Additionally, they train workers and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment. **Future challenges upon joining our company include:** * **Creation and updating of procedures:** drafting work instructions and procedures, conducting on-site task assessments to minimize risks, and proposing risk control and reduction measures. * **Preventive supervision and control:** monitoring compliance with implemented safety methods, performing workplace condition checks, managing work permits and machinery authorizations, and supporting updates to risk assessments and preventive planning. * **Document management and coordination:** controlling CAE documentation, managing information and training provided to workers, and maintaining the documentary record. * **Health surveillance and medical assistance:** scheduling medical check-ups, coordinating with external prevention services for medical assistance in incidents and preventive actions, and managing PPE, workwear, and first-aid kits. * **Investigation and training:** preparing accident investigation reports with the external prevention service, identifying training needs, managing mandatory and development training, coordinating welcome information, and supporting other IHSE department tasks. * **Quality, safety, and continuous improvement:** following safety instructions, using protective equipment, promoting workplace safety, and contributing to continuous improvement processes. * **Job requirements:** **Training in Occupational Risk Prevention** is required, with a master's degree in the specialty being positively valued. Solid knowledge of current PRL regulations is essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate analytical ability, organizational skills, teamwork competence, and good management capabilities. A medium level of English is also required.
