Your main responsibilities may include: * Supporting the management and development of relationships with clients and travel agencies, focusing on loyalty and effective incident resolution. * Collaborating on optimizing and commercializing strategic services for independent hotels, negotiating terms and advising on sales strategy. * Handling and managing international requests and reservations, including follow\-up, confirmations, and modifications to deliver high\-quality service. * Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and achievement of commercial objectives. **What are we looking for?** * Recent graduates in Tourism, Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or Philology (vocational training cycles and undergraduate degrees). * Advanced level of Italian; additional languages are valued. * Strong communication skills, ability to work in teams, and customer orientation. * Proactive profile with enthusiasm to grow within a dynamic, multicultural environment. * Prior experience (though not mandatory) in travel agencies, hotels, customer service, or reservations is appreciated. **What do we offer?** At Keytel, you can join a leading company in the travel sector—continuously growing and expanding globally—with a strong commitment to its team’s professional development.
