Telephone sales. Requirements: \- Degree in Tourism or related fields \- Experience in a reservations department or call center \- Fluent spoken and written Spanish, English, and French. Catalan will be an advantage. \- Friendly personality with a strong customer service orientation. \- Knowledge of quality standards from Leading Hotels of the World or similar brands will be valued. \- Proficient computer skills at user level. Experience with Opera reservation system is desirable.
