Main duties include supporting reception operations, attending to customers and visitors, managing calls, receiving packages and documents, and reporting incidents. The role also involves cleaning, organizing, and maintaining facilities, common areas, restrooms, and workspaces, as well as restocking hygiene supplies and monitoring the condition of premises. A valid driving license (Category B) is required. Full-time working hours apply, and the contract is permanent, with salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
