Work Location Barcelona Mission A corporate advisory firm requires a Labor Advisor for its central Barcelona offices, aiming to provide specialized advisory services and comprehensively manage the labor area for an assigned client portfolio. Reports To Labor Area Director. Responsibilities Comprehensive management of payroll processes, including calculation and preparation of monthly payrolls. Client advisory and support in managing one’s own client portfolio. Application and monitoring of Collective Bargaining Agreements and current labor legislation. Management of Social Security and processing of tax settlements. Competencies Strong attention to detail and work accuracy. Clear service orientation and client-focused attitude.
