Lead and supervise technical staff We are seeking a Chief Project Engineer for Comprehensive Maintenance to manage large-scale infrastructure in Teruel. Responsibilities include designing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance plans for industrial equipment and facilities (boilers, HVAC systems); coordinating breakdown repairs to minimize downtime; leading and supervising internal and external technical staff; overseeing critical systems such as gas distribution networks, HVAC, refrigeration, diesel generators, and water supply; ensuring regulatory and safety compliance; and optimizing the maintenance budget. A permanent contract, full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, continuous training, and a dynamic work environment are offered. Candidates must hold a technical or university degree in engineering (industrial, electrical, mechanical, or related fields), have prior experience in comprehensive maintenance management—experience in critical infrastructure is highly valued—and demonstrate competencies in planning, autonomy, and team management.
