Job Summary: We are seeking maintenance technicians for a hotel, responsible for general facility maintenance and troubleshooting of critical systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive maintenance of hotel facilities 2. Management of breakdowns and daily control of the machinery room 3. Analysis and management of material stock We are seeking three maintenance technicians for a hotel establishment in Ariño (Teruel). A minimum of 24 months’ experience in similar positions is essential, along with vocational training in a field related to the tasks to be performed, and possession of a Class B driving license. Job responsibilities include general maintenance of hotel facilities, covering plumbing, electricity, heating and air-conditioning systems, as well as gas installations. Daily inspection rounds in the machinery room will also be conducted to detect and resolve breakdowns, as well as regular water analysis, including water renewal and chlorine measurements. Stock will be managed, and on-site customer service will be provided. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with a gross monthly salary of 2000 euros.
