Experience level considered: 3\-5 years of experience with high-voltage and low-voltage installations, safe voltage systems and direct current systems, SCADA, DCS, and industrial instrumentation maintenance Requirements: Advanced AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of PLC programming and industrial communications is desirable. English language proficiency at B2 level (desirable) Education: Industrial Engineering degree, Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, or Bachelor’s in Industrial Electronics and Automatic Engineering **The team you will join:** ============================= Repsol Low-Carbon Generation (Renewables), positioned as one of the four strategic business pillars of the Repsol Group under the 2024\-2027 Strategic Plan, aiming to decarbonize our product portfolio and strengthen the Company’s position as a multi-energy supplier nationally and internationally. Your objective within the company will be to ensure the safe, efficient, and optimized maintenance of the electrical and instrumentation & control facilities of the combined-cycle power plant. **Main Responsibilities:** ======================= * Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities on electrical systems and instrumentation, ensuring equipment availability and reliability. * Manage and optimize control systems (PLC, SCADA), instrument calibration, and electrical protection systems, ensuring their proper operation. * Ensure compliance with electrical regulations, industrial safety (HSE), and technical tools (SAP, AutoCAD). * Analyze and propose improvements to control systems, equipment, and installations to increase efficiency and reduce incidents. * Coordinate interdepartmental activities, working closely with Operations, other maintenance teams, and the Safety department. * Supervise and lead activities performed by internal staff (electrical and instrumentation workshop) and external contractors, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. * Draft technical specifications for procurement of supplies and services related to the area of expertise. * Investigate anomalies and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. * Prepare technical and maintenance reports, providing clear and actionable information for decision-making. * Manage work permits and lockout/tagout procedures to ensure safe execution of tasks on-site. * Demonstrate leadership skills, effective communication, decision-making ability, fault analysis, and commitment to continuous improvement. **What We Offer:** ================== * Permanent employment contract. * Health insurance. * Pension plan contribution. * Digital disconnection policy. * Work-life balance measures. * Legal advisory service. * Employee support services. **You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:** ============================== * Have 3 to 5 years of prior experience in the described responsibilities. * Hold a degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. * Demonstrate knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (highly desirable). * Possess proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD, and advanced Microsoft Office. * Have English language proficiency at B2 level (desirable). * Exhibit teamwork, autonomy, and proactivity. \#LI\-CC1 **Required skills:** Combined Cycle Power Plants, Decision Making, Drafting Reports, Electonics, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installations, Electrical Maintenance, Electrical Protection, Electrical Systems, Electronic Engineering, High Voltage, High Voltage Installations, Hiring, Industrial Communications, Industrial Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Leadership, Low Voltage, People Management, Preventive Maintenance, Teamwork, Technical Reports, Technical Specifications, Writing Specifications
