To support the Group’s growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave seeks: **Commercial professional, permanent contract, for our Teruel headquarters** The Commercial professional is responsible for **developing and retaining a customer portfolio**, contributing to revenue growth and enhanced market knowledge. They manage customer needs from initial inquiry through service delivery, collaborating with **Customer Service, Production, and Finance teams**. As the company’s representative, they also act as **ambassador of our corporate image and values**. **Future challenges upon joining our company include:** * **Commercial development and planning:** Define and implement the commercial action plan jointly with the Commercial Management, identify new target markets, and participate in national and international events with customers. * **Prospecting and customer relations:** Acquire new customers, retain the existing portfolio, conduct commercial visits, and maintain relationships with partners, institutions, and media. * **Quotation and order management:** Analyze customer requests, coordinate cost calculations, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and formalize orders. * **Internal coordination and follow-up:** Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Programs, and Customer Service departments to ensure correct order execution through delivery and payment. * **Tools, analysis, and compliance:** Update commercial tools (CRM, ERP), monitor competitors, ensure adherence to internal processes, and contribute to continuous improvement. * **Quality, safety, and continuous improvement:** Follow safety instructions, use personal protective equipment, promote workplace safety, and contribute to the continuous improvement process. **Position Requirements:** A **higher technical or commercial education**, preferably a Master’s degree or equivalent, and **proven experience in a similar role within the aerospace or maintenance (MRO services) sector** are required. Strong competencies in negotiation, business development, and customer relationship management are essential, along with a marked team spirit, excellent communication skills, proactivity, and the ability to make decisions and drive initiatives. **Excellent command of English** (reading, speaking, and writing) is required; knowledge of Spanish is considered an asset.
