To support the Group’s growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking: **Logistics Coordinator, permanent contract, for our Teruel headquarters** The Logistics Coordinator oversees warehouse operations and goods management, ensuring correct receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of products. This role manages inventories, coordinates logistics flows, and guarantees adherence to deadlines and operational procedures. **Key responsibilities upon joining our company include:** * **Receipt and storage management:** unloading goods, ERP registration, warehouse location assignment, space organization, inventory and material control—including scrap. * **Tool control and return:** tracking of loaned tools, coordination of returns, and associated transport management. * **Goods preparation and dispatch:** packaging and packing, loading shipments, preparation and control of documentation (delivery notes, CMRs), and customs management. * **Internal operational support:** assisting mechanics with moving high-volume materials and collaborating on logistics tasks required by various teams. * **Quality, safety, and continuous improvement:** following safety instructions, using personal protective equipment, promoting workplace safety, and contributing to the continuous improvement process. **Job Requirements:** Qualification: **Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Logistics**, with prior experience in warehouse and logistics-related functions. Operational-level office software proficiency and intermediate English language skills. A valid **forklift operator license** is required. Ability to work autonomously, systematically, and methodically, demonstrating initiative and an effective problem-solving orientation. Skill in task coordination, priority management, and maintaining a structured overview of assigned activities. Strong team spirit, with capacity to collaborate effectively and contribute to a dynamic working environment. Proactivity, problem-solving ability, professional conduct, and conflict resolution skills are highly valued—key elements for success in this role.
