To support the group's growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking: **Logistics Coordinator, with permanent contract, for our Teruel site** The Logistics Coordinator oversees warehouse operations and goods management, ensuring proper receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of products. Manages inventories, coordinates logistics flows, and guarantees compliance with deadlines and operational procedures. **Future challenges upon joining our company include:** * **Receiving and storage management:** unloading goods, ERP registration, warehouse placement, space organization, inventory and material control, including scrap. * **Tool tracking and return:** monitoring loaned tools, coordinating returns, and managing associated transportation. * **Order preparation and shipment:** packaging and boxing, loading shipments, preparing and verifying documentation (delivery notes, CMRs), and customs management. * **Internal operational support:** assisting mechanics in moving large-volume materials and collaborating on logistics tasks required by various teams. * **Quality, safety, and continuous improvement:** following safety instructions, using protective equipment, promoting workplace safety, and contributing to continuous improvement processes. **Job requirements:** Intermediate or higher degree in Logistics, with prior experience in warehouse and logistics-related roles. Proficient office software skills and intermediate level of English. A valid **forklift license** is required. Ability to work autonomously, organized and methodically, demonstrating initiative and focusing on effective incident resolution. Skill in coordinating tasks, managing priorities, and maintaining a structured overview of assigned activities. Strong team spirit, with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a dynamic work environment. Qualities such as proactivity, problem-solving ability, professional demeanor, and conflict resolution skills are highly valued, as they are key to success in this role.
