A position is offered for the commissioning and maintenance of a workplace center with extensive infrastructure in Teruel city. We seek a technical professional to lead the service activation phase, with guaranteed continuity during the operational and ongoing maintenance phase of the facilities. Key responsibilities include coordinating technical acceptance and functional testing, designing preventive and predictive maintenance plans, and managing repairs to minimize downtime. Critical systems such as HVAC, gas distribution networks, and generators are also supervised; regulatory compliance is ensured; and the maintenance budget is optimized. The role involves leading technical staff and organizing work shifts. A degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required, along with experience in comprehensive maintenance management and proficiency with CMMS tools. A permanent full-time contract (Monday to Friday), continuous training opportunities, and a dynamic work environment are offered.
