




Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks, lead improvement projects, and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. Your main responsibilities will be: * Perform preventive (mechanical, electrical, lubrication), predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks using defined resources and within established deadlines. * Comply with procedures and regulations related to plant safety, hygiene, ergonomics, environment, and energy. * Maintain the warehouse, workshop, and its facilities (tools and tooling) in proper condition, order, and cleanliness. * Ensure adherence to the 5S methodology in the workshop. Conduct visual standard inspections in workshops and implement necessary corrective actions to address deviations. * Log daily tasks electronically (GMAO) with sufficient detail (Work Orders) and record material withdrawals from the warehouse. * Participate in and lead Continuous Improvement Projects (AM/PM). * Support achievement of objectives during legal and internal audits (safety, environment, energy, quality, continuous improvement, etc.). * Coordinate daily with other members of the maintenance department, contributing your perspective to ensure efficient management of tasks, spare parts, and resources. * Support troubleshooting and analysis of electro-mechanical failures, process faults, and operational errors (EWO). * Take responsibility for assigned tasks and functions, ensuring execution under the company’s established safety criteria. **Is this job right for you?** This opportunity is ideal if you have: * Formal vocational training (FP) in the industrial field. * Rigorous, detail-oriented personality with analytical capability. * Commitment to safety and quality in work performed. * Autonomy and strong organizational skills. * Empathy and customer orientation. * Positive attitude. * Teamwork skills. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as an electromechanical technician performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance in continuous-process industrial plants. * Mechanical maintenance knowledge (machine alignment, gearbox repair, bearing replacement). * General lubrication knowledge. * Experience working in low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) installations; familiarity with PLCs, frequency inverters, etc. * Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Knowledge of general utility installations: gas, compressed air, etc. * Basic Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course preferred.
