In this role, you will be responsible for professionally managing debt recovery in accordance with our internal policies while maintaining courteous interactions with our clients. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct telephone-based collections activities, applying FlexCash’s policies and protocols. * Maintain daily communication with debtors, providing clear information and negotiating effective payment agreements. * Analyze collection performance and propose improvements to optimize results. * Update and record relevant client information in the system. * Prepare periodic reports, document completed tasks, and ensure compliance with all employment obligations. **Requirements** * Prior experience in collections, telephone customer service, or call centers (preferred). * Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. * Organizational ability and results orientation. * Basic proficiency in computer tools and management systems. * Responsibility, proactivity, and immediate availability. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with your experience. * Ongoing training and mentoring. * Excellent work environment and growth opportunities within FlexCash.
