To support the Group’s growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking: **A Structural Engineer, on an indefinite contract, for our Teruel site** The Structural Engineer (m/f) analyzes structural damage and subsequently designs, defines, and supervises repairs in collaboration with operational project teams, while complying with quality, cost, schedule, and safety requirements. **Future challenges upon joining our company include:** * **Technical support and coordination:** ensuring cross-functional technical support; planning and coordinating activities in collaboration with the line manager. * **Definition and validation of solutions:** proposing technical solutions aligned with customer and project team requirements; supervising and validating repairs/interventions on aircraft structures. * **Training and documentation:** training/mentoring new employees within their field of expertise; designing work sheets and structural reports for damage assessments and repairs. * **Optimization and monitoring:** optimizing resources and timelines; contributing to the development of tracking tools and updating processes based on acquired experience. * **Quality, safety, and continuous improvement:** adhering to safety instructions and Safety Management System (SMS) standards; using personal protective equipment; promoting workplace safety; participating in continuous improvement initiatives. **Job Requirements:** A Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering is required. Specialization in structures or proven experience in a similar role will be considered favorably. Strong teamwork spirit and decision-making ability are essential.
