We aim to hire a Site Manager in Gipuzkoa to take responsibility for the planning and supervision of civil works projects related to elevator rehabilitation, coordinating a qualified technical team and subcontracted companies. You will be responsible for managing interesting elevator rehabilitation projects assigned to the region, coordinating a qualified technical team supported by a solid organization committed to people, innovation, sustainability, and the environment. Your responsibilities will include: * Simultaneous coordination of elevator installation and rehabilitation projects. * Planning, monitoring, and control of the technical and economic execution of works. * Client relations. * Teamwork. * Trade union management: price negotiation, schedule tracking, invoicing, invoice management, onboarding of new trade unions, etc. * Community management.
