What will you do on the project? We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support teams in adopting and correctly applying agile methodologies. The selected candidate will play a key role in facilitating Scrum processes, coaching development teams, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency. Responsibilities: * Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies: daily stand\-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. * Ensure correct adoption of agile principles and practices, fostering team collaboration, self-organization, and transparency. * Coach and support development teams in their day\-to\-day work, removing impediments and promoting a high\-performance environment. * Collaborate closely with technical teams leveraging foundational knowledge of APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud computing, enabling smooth and effective communication. * Work alongside Product Owners to ensure proper alignment of priorities, objectives, and project expectations. * Use Jira and Confluence for work management, project documentation, progress tracking, and measurement of key metrics. * Facilitate collaboration sessions and working dynamics using Miro, driving creativity and visual problem\-solving. * Communicate project status clearly and continuously to stakeholders, managing expectations and potential risks. * Analyze team performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Your Profile To thrive in this role, you should be comfortable with: * Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development environments. * Solid knowledge and practical application of agile methodologies. * Ability to mentor and train teams, encouraging autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Advanced experience using Jira and Confluence for agile management and documentation. * Proficiency in Miro or other visual collaboration tools. * Sufficient technical knowledge to interact effectively with engineering teams (APIs, microservices, cloud architecture). * Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships with teams and stakeholders. * High adaptability to change and strong problem\-solving orientation. * Advanced English (C1\) spoken and written.
