**Description:** ---------------- We are seeking a Quality Technician to provide operational support for the maintenance, monitoring, and updating of the Integrated Management System (IMS), aligned with the corporate sustainability strategy. The selected candidate will collaborate on process reviews, documentary control of ISO standards, and support compliance-related activities. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * IMS Support: Collaborate in maintaining and updating the IMS according to ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards. * Document and Process Management: Keep system documentation up to date (procedures, work instructions, records) and support various departments in its correct application. * Audit Support: Participate in preparing internal and external audits by collecting documentary evidence and tracking identified nonconformities. * Corrective Action Control: Record and track nonconformities, incidents, and continuous improvement action plans. * Compliance Support: Provide operational support in verifying regulatory and legal compliance applicable to the organization. **Profile Requirements:** * Education: University Degree or Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Quality, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Risk Prevention, Engineering, or related field. * Experience: 1–3 years of experience in technical roles supporting Integrated Management Systems (IMS). * ISO Standards Knowledge: Practical knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001\. * Compliance: Basic understanding or training in regulatory and legal compliance for corporations. * Tools: Proficient use of Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and Word); prior experience with document management/quality software is valued. * Languages: Intermediate English (B2 level preferred). **Key Competencies:** * Rigor, order, and attention to detail in handling documentation. * Analytical and organizational skills. * Communication and teamwork abilities. * Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning. * Rigor, order, and attention to detail in handling documentation. **We want your commitment to responsible production!** If you want to learn and grow with us, Apply now—we want to meet you! **Requirements:** --------------- * Education related to environment and/or quality. * Knowledge of Management Systems (desirable). * Motivation for personal and professional growth. * Effort, teamwork, and dedication. * Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. * Strong work capacity and humility.
