




Job Summary: A labor management and HR administration professional responsible for payroll processing, social security administration, labor incident resolution, and regulatory advisory services. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensively manages payroll and social security processes. 2. Resolves labor-related incidents and ensures legal compliance. 3. Provides advisory services on labor regulations and administrative procedures. ### **Responsibilities** * Comprehensively manage the payroll process, ensuring accurate preparation in accordance with labor legislation and applicable collective agreements. * Process social security registrations and manage communications with official entities to guarantee legal compliance. * Record, review, and resolve labor incidents: hiring, termination, contractual modifications, dismissals, temporary disability (IT), and other personnel movements. * Supervise and verify the proper functioning of the time-tracking system. * Prepare periodic reports on key HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, temporary employment, etc.). * Advise various departments on labor regulations, hiring practices, and administrative procedures. * Manage documentation related to labor processes and HR administration. * Collaborate with the HR team on cross-functional tasks and internal projects. ### **Requirements** * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Law, Labor Relations and HR, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in labor management and HR administration. * Prior experience in labor consultancy or management firms handling multiple collective agreements. * Proficiency in A3innuva/A3Nom (mandatory). * English proficiency level B2\. * Experience with Navision (NAV) or similar ERP systems is desirable. * Solid knowledge of labor legislation, Social Security regulations, and incident management. * Organized, confidential, autonomous profile with capacity to handle workload peaks. * Availability for on-site work with one day of remote work per week.
