Production Operator

Description

We are seeking personnel to join the production team in Pedrola. The main responsibility is to integrate into the assembly line, performing assembly tasks for automotive modules and components. Manual precision and attention to detail are required to ensure each part is correctly fitted according to specifications. In addition, the selected candidate will be responsible for keeping their workstation supplied with materials, preventing stoppages on the production line and maintaining the designated pace. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting visual quality checks at various stages, identifying potential defects or failures in products. Handling manual and pneumatic tools is a routine task. It is essential to maintain an orderly workstation and comply with all occupational safety and risk prevention regulations. A temporary full-time contract is offered, aligned with production shift schedules. The ability to work collaboratively in a team and a cooperative attitude are highly valued to contribute to the plant’s quality and efficiency goals. Full availability to work rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night periods is required. Acceptance of weekly employment contracts during the first three months of employment is mandatory. At least one year of prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments—particularly in the automotive sector—is considered a strong advantage.
