In our **People Department**, we do not merely manage contracts—we apply organizational psychology to care for our team’s well-being, enhance their talent, and ensure an excellent working environment. We are seeking a candidate eligible to sign a **practical training agreement** with their university or training center, who wishes to develop professional skills in a real-world people and talent management setting. **What will you be involved in?** You will have the opportunity to learn and collaborate on various departmental projects: * Talent attraction and selection (CV screening and support in selection processes) * Onboarding of new hires * Organizational climate and culture initiatives * Employer branding initiatives * Administrative support tasks within the People area * Day-to-day collaboration with the HR Department **What do we offer?** * Ongoing training and mentoring in the HR field * Real participation in people and talent projects * A dynamic environment with continuous learning opportunities * 6-hour daily schedule (30 hours per week), up to a maximum of 240 hours * Morning schedule from 9:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday * Monthly gross financial allowance of €800 **Requirements:** --------------- **Who are we looking for?** We seek a candidate with genuine interest in Human Resources and people development: * Final-year undergraduate student in Psychology, Labor Relations and Human Resources, or related fields * Master’s student in HR or related fields * Eligibility to sign a practical training agreement with a university or training center We especially value: * Interest in organizational psychology * Enthusiasm for learning and developing within the HR field * Proactivity and positive attitude * Strong communication skills
