JOB DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking an Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Activity Manager for a major photovoltaic project in Valencia. We are currently expanding and looking for a professional with at least 3 years of experience to join our team and lead I&C project execution. We seek talent eager to grow with us and contribute to a more sustainable future. **Main Responsibilities:** As the I&C Activity Manager, your responsibilities will include, among others: * Supervise and coordinate all activities related to the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems in the photovoltaic project. * Ensure adherence to scheduled deadlines, budgets, and established quality standards. * Manage work teams by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a safe and productive work environment. * Prepare and review technical documentation (drawings, specifications, reports). * Coordinate with other departments (engineering, construction, operations) as well as suppliers and subcontractors. * Identify and resolve technical and operational issues effectively. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across all activities. * Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements. * Participate in the planning and scheduling of I&C activities. * Maintain smooth and effective communication with project management and other stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in similar roles, preferably within the renewable energy sector or industrial projects. * Solid knowledge of instrumentation and control systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS, etc.). * Experience managing work teams. * Ability to interpret technical documentation (single-line diagrams, P\&ID, electrical schematics). * Knowledge of applicable technical and safety regulations. * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Proactivity, rigor, and results orientation. * Availability to work in Teruel and undertake possible travel. * Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specific experience in photovoltaic projects. * Familiarity with project management software (MS Project, Primavera). * Technical English proficiency. * Occupational health and safety certifications (TPC, etc.). * Experience in budgeting and cost control. **We Offer:** * Employment with a leading company in the renewable energy sector. * Opportunities for professional and personal development. * Involvement in innovative, large-scale projects. * Permanent contract and competitive terms. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
