Provide administrative and accounting support in managing documentation related to budgetary management, including filing, registration, and tracking of economic case files. Collaborate in preparing and processing documents related to economic and financial reports, as well as in compiling supporting data and information. Provide administrative support in managing minor contracts, municipal taxes, and construction permits, in accordance with current regulations. Participate in administrative case file management, control, and follow-up, both in paper and electronic formats. Perform face-to-face public service tasks, providing basic information and referring inquiries to responsible staff. Use administrative area-specific computer applications and corporate tools.
