Production Supervisor

Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise the production process, ensure the proper operation of production lines, and lead the production team in a bottling company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participation in continuous improvement together with other departments Production line supervisor for a water and carbonated beverage bottling company in Jaraba (Zaragoza). Prior experience in a similar position is required, along with a valid driver's license to access the position and computer literacy. Technical training or equivalent experience in operating packaging machinery is highly valued. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising the production process to ensure proper line operation; guaranteeing compliance with the daily production plan by optimizing human and technical resources; leading and developing the production team while promoting good practices and a safe working environment; ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (PRL), environmental, and food safety regulations; participating in continuous improvement initiatives together with Quality, Maintenance, or Logistics departments; and training staff on machinery, procedures, and recordkeeping. A permanent contract is offered, full-time work in rotating shifts from 6:00 to 14:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00, Monday through Friday, with an annual salary of 30\.000 euros plus additional allowances.
