To support the group's growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking: **Customs Technician, with permanent contract, for our Teruel site** The customs technician is responsible for managing and coordinating customs procedures related to import, export, and transit operations within the company. They supervise compliance with customs regulations and prepare and review required documentation. Their work ensures that operations are carried out efficiently, securely, and in accordance with current legislation. **Key responsibilities upon joining our company include:** * **Customs Clearance Management:** coordinate, process, and supervise import and export clearances, ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements. * **Customs Documentation Control:** complete and update control records (consumption entries, LAME receipts, exports), manage T1 files, and monitor their issuance and receipt. * **Guarantee and File Management:** monitor customs guarantees; manage receipt of files under T1; prepare and process aircraft arrival files under customs supervision; manage RPA files and request extensions. * **Operational and Logistics Management:** coordinate deliveries and shipments with customers and carriers; manage documentation and archiving; enter and maintain data in the ERP system. * **Customer Service:** advise customers on customs matters, providing operational and documentary support. * **Inventory Control:** manage and supervise stock within the Customs Warehouse (DA) and conduct material inventories. * **Coordination with Agents and Authorities:** coordinate activities with customs agents; submit documentation and perform procedures before customs authorities; assist during customs inspections. * **Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement:** follow safety instructions, use protective equipment, promote workplace safety, and contribute to continuous improvement processes. **Job Requirements:** Intermediate or Advanced Degree in Logistics or Administration, with prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or administrative management roles. Proficient office software skills and intermediate level of English. Valid forklift operator license. Training and/or experience in customs fields, as well as in customer and supplier relations, with particular value placed on warehouse management experience. Ability to work autonomously, organized and methodically, demonstrating initiative and focusing on effective incident resolution. Skill in coordinating tasks, managing priorities, and maintaining a structured overview of assigned activities. Strong team spirit, with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a dynamic work environment. Qualities such as proactivity, problem-solving ability, professional demeanor, and conflict resolution skills are highly valued, as they are key to success in this role.
