Job Summary: We are seeking certified monitors to lead sports and multi-adventure activities, accompany groups, and ensure safety at our winter camps. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of sports, snow-based, and multi-adventure activities. 2. Accompanying and supervising groups, ensuring safety and integration. 3. Dynamic work in a youthful environment with accommodation and full board. **FORMACIÓN FLOSERVICE 2021 SL** is looking to hire **certified monitors** to fill positions in our **Winter Camps 2025\-2026**, held in the province of **Teruel**. **Work Period:** **December to March**, on a **weekly basis**. **Position Conditions:** * Accommodation included. * Full board provided throughout the stay. * Travel to Teruel is **not mandatory**, and candidates from anywhere in Spain are welcome. * Immediate hiring according to scheduled weekly start dates. **Main Responsibilities:** * Leading sports, snow-based, and multi-adventure activities as part of the camp program. * Accompanying and supervising groups throughout the day. * Ensuring participants’ safety, engagement, and integration. * Coordinating with the monitor team and camp management. * Delivering inclusive, dynamic, and group-level-appropriate activities. **Essential Requirements:** * Availability to work on a weekly basis between December and March. * Ability to live and work in shared accommodation settings. * Proactive, responsible attitude oriented toward sports promotion. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in camps, sports activities, or youth groups. * Certification as a Leisure Time Monitor. * Additional training in snow sports, mountain activities, or first aid. **What We Offer:** * Fully covered stay: **accommodation \+ full board**. * Dynamic work and a youthful atmosphere. * Opportunity to continue with other company programs. * Weekly contracts aligned with the academic calendar. **Interested?** Send your CV to: rrhh**@floserviceformacion.com** Subject: *Winter Monitor \+ First and Last Name* Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
