**Why do we need you?**
As the **Maintenance Manager**, you will be responsible for:
* Leading **continuous improvement** of behaviors and tasks from the perspective of Safety, Environment, and Quality across the entire Maintenance Department. You must also comply with—and ensure compliance with—established standards and regulations in these areas.
* **Implementation and monitoring of the agreed maintenance strategy (reactive\-preventive\-predictive), using WCM program tools and standards.**
* **Planning and control of tasks derived from the strategy, both in terms of cost and execution quality, using appropriate KPIs.**
* Execution or definition of **automation modifications** required to improve functionality.
* **Preparation of the maintenance expenditure proposal, monitoring, and adherence to the approved budget.**
* **Analysis of existing mechanical and thermal processes for optimization**, especially focusing on energy losses, prioritizing projects and actions to reduce them.
* **Leadership in analyzing, proposing, and executing digitalization and Industry 4\.0 initiatives.**
* **Ensuring resolution of all incidents that arise, working within the Center’s Maintenance Plan.** Understanding energy usage and consumption related to departmental activities.
* **Supervising subcontracted maintenance personnel and managing the department’s team.**
* **Providing sufficient training to team members**, ensuring their autonomy in their respective roles.
* **Maintaining the workshop and its facilities in proper working condition**, providing necessary tools and equipment to support operations.
**Is this role right for you?**
This position is ideal if you have:
* A **Bachelor’s or Technical Engineering degree**, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical branch.
* Knowledge of **industrial automation.**
* At least **3 years’ experience managing a maintenance department.**
* Experience in **people management.**
* **B2 level English proficiency is mandatory.**
We highly value candidates who also have:
* A Master’s in Occupational Risk Prevention.
* Training in continuous improvement program management.

The Maintenance Department consists of 8 people, including mechanical and electrical profiles, and warehouse technicians.
As Maintenance Manager, you will report to Management.
**Steps to join us**
