To support the Group’s growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking: **HR Administrator (temporary contract) for our Teruel headquarters** The HR Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating internal and external training plans, including budget tracking, supplier and training school management. They oversee FCT and Dual Vocational Training programs and university internships, coordinate internship agreements and student onboarding, and administer and update employee data on corporate platforms. **Key responsibilities upon joining our company include:** * **Internship Management and Development:** Coordinate FCT, Dual Vocational Training, and university internship programs; manage collaboration agreements with educational institutions and universities; and handle student onboarding. * **Administrative, Training Management and Tracking:** Manage internal and external training; coordinate courses and liaise with training schools and suppliers; monitor training budgets; and track expiration dates of mandatory trainings, licenses, and technical staff certifications. * **Platform Management and Administrative Control:** Administer and update employee profiles on corporate platforms (AMS, Empowill, and Kelio); manage training-related documentation on the server; and provide support regarding training-linked retention agreements. * **Reporting and Cross-functional Support:** Prepare periodic reports on training status; coordinate information with payroll; keep the corporate organizational chart up to date; and support other departments within the HR function. * **Quality, Safety and Continuous Improvement:** Follow safety instructions; use personal protective equipment; promote workplace safety; and contribute to the continuous improvement process. **Job Requirements:** A **Medium or Higher Vocational Qualification in Administration, Labor Relations, or related field**, with prior experience in functions relevant to this position. Operational-level office software proficiency and **intermediate English language skills**. Ability to work autonomously, systematically, and methodically, demonstrating initiative and effective incident resolution. Skill in coordinating tasks, managing priorities, and maintaining a structured view of assigned activities.
