Main responsibilities include reviewing and managing delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders; controlling production documentation and work reports; and maintaining document archives. The role also involves handling telephone inquiries from customers and suppliers, coordinating with production, logistics, and purchasing departments, and providing support in personnel administration, incident handling, and payroll preparation. The candidate will be responsible for keeping data up to date in the ERP system and other IT tools. Requirements include education in Administration or a related field, advanced Excel and office software skills, strong organizational ability, and good communication skills. Experience in industrial or logistics environments is preferred.
