To support the Group’s growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking: **Forklift Operator, permanent contract, for our Teruel site** The forklift operator is responsible for operating forklifts to move and unload goods within the hangar or warehouse. **Future challenges upon joining our company include:** **Stock Management:** Locating pallets at height or on the floor, replenishing goods, and supporting production. **Order Preparation:** Picking according to customer references and requirements. **Material Handling:** Moving goods using manual/electric pallet trucks, counterbalanced forklifts, and reach trucks. **Logistics Operations:** Loading and unloading trucks, manual unloading, sorting, and palletizing goods. **Control and Organization:** Labeling, maintaining order and cleanliness in warehouses. **Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement:** Adhering to safety instructions, using personal protective equipment, applying SMS (Safety Management System) standards, promoting workplace safety, and contributing to the continuous improvement process. **Job Requirements:** Vocational training qualification (Medium or Higher Level), with **at least 5 years’ experience** in a similar position. Experience in **operating forklifts, holding the corresponding license**. Valid driving license type B and availability of a personal vehicle. **Intermediate level of English.** Ability to work methodically, effectively, and organizationally, demonstrating initiative and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work in a team, collaborate effectively, and contribute sound judgment to decision-making.
