Job Description
Lead and coordinate the end-to-end development of the electric microcar model, serving as the key liaison among all departments involved in its design, industrialization, production, marketing, continuous improvement, and support. Ensure successful project execution—meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards—while actively contributing to its long-term evolution and providing technical support to key customers.
Candidate Requirements
End-to-End Project and Product Management
* Lead the assigned project from conceptual design through industrialization, production, and commercialization, with an end-to-end product vision.
* Assume direct responsibility for defining and evolving the product, making key decisions jointly with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams.
* Plan, execute, and monitor the project schedule, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, technical deliverables, and quality objectives.
* Manage milestone-based payments by validating deliverables and overseeing cost control within budgetary limits.
* Define and anticipate human and technical resource needs at each project phase, coordinating availability with engineering and production teams.
* Organize and document periodic progress meetings with all internal and external stakeholders.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project-related risks.
Product Development
* Own the product, driving decisions on features, priorities, and design trade-offs.
* Collaborate with R&D teams to define specifications and validate solutions, balancing technical feasibility, cost, and customer value.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback from multiple sources to inform the product roadmap.
* Lead post-launch product iterations and updates, with full lifecycle perspective.
* Actively participate in product validations, testing, and pilot phases.
Cross-Functional Coordination and Stakeholder Management
* Build trust-based, collaborative relationships with all involved departments: R&D, quality, procurement, production, IT, logistics, legal, after-sales, and marketing, among others.
* Serve as the operational interface between technical and non-technical areas, ensuring alignment on the project vision.
* Proactively communicate project status, milestones, issues, and risks to management and stakeholders.
Customer Engagement and Technical Support
* Gather and understand technical requirements from key customers, acting as technical support in coordination with them.
* Participate in customer meetings, validating technical aspects and managing change orders or product adaptations.
* Ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into concrete project actions.
* Support the commissioning phase and obtain final customer acceptance certification.
* Lead post-launch product reviews, collecting internal and market feedback.
* Coordinate—with R&D and other teams—the product’s evolutionary roadmap: new versions, updates, and additional features.
* Support the after-sales team in resolving high-impact technical incidents.
Supplier Oversight and Regulatory Compliance
* Coordinate technical follow-up activities with key suppliers, conducting on-site visits when necessary.
* Monitor deliverables from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure contractual compliance.
* Ensure the project is executed in accordance with sector regulations (e.g., IATF, APQP) and defined internal processes.
*We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore work to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment—ensuring equal opportunity for all. We invite everyone to apply regardless of origin, circumstances, background, or personal condition.
