As specialists in integrating advanced solutions—from architecture to generative AI applications—we are seeking a **Junior AI Engineer** to join our team. **Role Responsibilities** * Support individuals in adopting corporate AI assistants by meeting with them to understand their actual tasks and working methods. * Identify specific tasks where the AI assistant adds value and help leverage it to: accelerate manual work, automate repetitive tasks, and improve output quality. * Translate everyday scenarios into practical use cases and teach individuals how to build their own prompts and workflows to maximize the benefits of AI assistants. * Identify initiatives with project-level scope (those requiring development or integration) and systematically hand them over to the Data and AI Office. * Document learnings, best practices, and use cases to scale AI adoption across the client organization. * Measure and report adoption progress: activated users, improved tasks, and observed impact. **Requirements:** --------------- * Junior profile. Prior experience, internships, or personal projects are valued; open to internships. * Proven ability to use AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT or others) effectively for productivity, with sound judgment to go beyond basic usage. * Ability to understand a business process and break it down into concrete, improvable tasks. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills: active listening, clear explanation, and building trust in non-technical environments. * Practical, results-oriented mindset: quickly identify improvements, test them, and validate outcomes.
