We are currently seeking an **IT Project Manager** to join the IT Department. **What will you do?** The selected candidate will be responsible for driving and managing technological projects—particularly within sales and operations processes—ensuring alignment with organizational business needs and technological standards. They will work closely with various departments to guarantee efficient demand management and optimal project execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Act as the liaison point with the business and assigned departments to identify and manage technological needs. * Coordinate with IT Department technical leads (systems, maintenance, technical office, security, etc.) to agree on priorities and architecture. * Manage and monitor projects using agile methodologies and according to procedures defined by the IT Department. * Analyze requirements and define functional and technical scope of projects. * Manage software vendors, ensuring achievement of objectives and service quality. * Oversee continuous evolution and modernization of the technological platform in the Sales & Ops domain. * Track demand and report project status to the IT Business Partner. * Ensure project alignment with strategic business goals and contribute a continuous improvement perspective. **Who are we looking for?** * University degree in **Engineering**, or a **Master’s or Postgraduate degree in Technology Management**, or similar fields. * Minimum of **5 years’ prior experience** in IT project management or as a functional lead in technological projects. * Technical background in applications and proven experience implementing technological solutions. * Experience in requirements gathering and functional definition of applications. * Experience in commercial and operations processes, as well as digital transformation projects, will be valued. * Knowledge of SAP environments and technologies such as Java or Angular will be considered an asset (not mandatory). * Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies. * Proficiency in Spanish and Catalan, plus a good level of English. **What do we offer?** * Join a leading institution delivering high-impact projects. * A collaborative and innovative environment with cross-functional teams. * Flexible working hours and remote work opportunities. * **Competitive fixed salary**, with **variable and flexible compensation**. * Continuous training, social benefits, free parking, and staff cafeteria.
