Main responsibilities will include: * Supporting social intervention activities. * Providing reception and initial support to service users, offering comprehensive assistance coordinated with the project's technical team. * Assisting in organizing and planning daily life activities, leisure, and family work-life balance. * Monitoring service users across various areas of interaction. * Recording user information and actions in computer applications. * Providing information, guidance, and individualized support. * Accompanying users, particularly to healthcare services. * Facilitating communication for service users, primarily within social intervention and their interactions with public and healthcare services. * Performing consecutive interpretation and/or sight translation. * Participating in project coordination meetings. * Carrying out other tasks defined for project implementation.
