Job Summary: We are seeking proactive personnel to operate rewinding machines, panelists, and machine operators in the paper industry, with full-time employment and rotating shifts. Position requiring proactivity Personnel are needed to work in Hernani, in the paper industry. Main responsibilities include operating rewinding machines, serving as panelist and machine operator, as well as other routine duties associated with the position. The working schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Sunday across rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, with corresponding breaks. Availability to cover all shift rotations is required. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * We seek a proactive individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. \- Higher Degree in Mechatronics or equivalent.
