Your role will be pivotal in defining solutions that will shape the future of rail transport. **Your responsibilities will include:** Reporting to Onboard Operations, you will lead the project team responsible for integrating onboard ERTMS into fleets of various clients and countries—from initial requirements definition through final track testing and commercial commissioning. You will be responsible for coordinating the project team, managing the technical aspects of system integration into trains, preparing internal and end-customer technical project documentation, and serving as the main point of contact with the client. We are looking for a proactive, initiative-driven individual who enjoys teamwork. This is a profile combining strong management capabilities, customer orientation, and high technical competence. **Essential Requirements:** * University degree in **Engineering** (preferably Industrial, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering). * **High level of English (C1)**, both spoken and written. * **4–5 years of experience managing international projects.** * Proficiency in office software and Microsoft Project. * Knowledge of programming and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD). * Technical ability and communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and clients. * Willingness and availability to travel. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master’s degree in Project Management or equivalent. * Experience in the railway and/or signalling sector. * Knowledge of Electrical and/or Mechanical Design. * Knowledge of **French** or **German**. **What You’ll Find at CAF Signalling** * **A close-knit and collaborative work environment** We support your onboarding from day one.
