This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in gaining hands-on experience in the field of human resources. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Providing telephone support to both collaborators and employees. * Supporting the recruitment department by performing tasks such as: posting job offers on various portals, screening resumes, conducting in-person, video, and group interviews. * Requesting documentation required for hiring and preparing employment records. * Assisting in resolving employees' labor-related queries. **Terms & Conditions:** * Contract type: Internship. * Duration: As per agreement. * Schedule: Monday to Thursday; part-time morning shifts from 9:00 to 14:00 or from 09:00 to 18:00, depending on the student's availability. * Compensation: Allowance ranging between €400–€640, based on the student's working hours. * A training agreement with a university/school is mandatory. * Residence in Donostia city or nearby areas. * Immediate start.
