Job Summary: We are seeking a Microsoft Systems Administrator specialized in Identity and Security to perform advanced administration of on-premise, cloud, and hybrid Microsoft environments. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced administration and support (Level 2-3) of Microsoft environments 2. Management of Microsoft Intune platforms and corporate endpoint administration 3. Participation in technology migration and modernization projects This is a fully remote position. We are seeking a Microsoft Systems Administrator, specifically specialized in Identity and Security, for our service pool. **Responsibilities:** * Advanced administration and support (Level 2\-3\) of on\-premise, cloud, and hybrid Microsoft environments. * Management and resolution of complex incidents related to identity, security, virtualization, and digital workplace. * Administration of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ADFS, and hybrid authentication solutions. * Management and evolution of Microsoft Intune platforms and corporate endpoint administration. * Operation and maintenance of Microsoft Defender, Defender XDR, and Microsoft Sentinel solutions. * Administration of Citrix Virtual Apps \& Desktops (CVAD), Citrix DaaS, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments. * Management of virtualized infrastructures including VMware, Hyper\-V, and other virtualization platforms. * Administration of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and SCCM. * Participation in migration projects, technology modernization, and security posture improvement initiatives. * Preparation of technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer. Application of security best practices, hardening, and vulnerability management. * **Minimum Requirements:** * Proven experience in advanced administration of Microsoft environments. * Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ADFS, and hybrid authentication. * Experience with Microsoft Intune and modern device and application management. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Office 365, and Defender XDR. * Experience with Microsoft Sentinel, security alert analysis, and KQL queries. * Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps \& Desktops (CVAD) and/or Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments. * Administration of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and SCCM. * Experience with VMware and/or Hyper\-V virtualization environments. * Ability to diagnose and resolve complex incidents in critical environments. Orientation toward documentation, continuous improvement, and teamwork. * **Desirable:** * Experience with Azure and hybrid environments. * Microsoft certifications (AZ\-104, MD\-102, SC\-200, MS\-500 or equivalents). * Citrix certifications (CCA\-V, CCE\-V or equivalents). * Knowledge of PowerShell, KQL, and Python. Experience with other SIEM or XDR platforms. * **Location**: 100% Remote **Working Hours**: Typically flexible shift, standard office hours (flexibility in start/end times and condensed workday on Fridays). **On-Call Duties and Interventions**: Yes. On-call availability, up to once per month.
