As a Senior Developer, you will join the Customer Experience Unit. Within the Customer Experience Unit, we focus on creating, developing, and expanding all types of digital channels and customer management applications for enterprises, covering the full lifecycle of any digital initiative across areas such as customer and employee experience, marketing, data and analytics, or integration. Our clients include major companies across sectors such as Telecom, Insurance, Banking, Industry, Tourism, Energy & Utilities, as well as the Public Sector. WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS? * You will be responsible for performing technical tasks—including analysis, design, coding, and testing—of complex programs and/or processes based on functional and/or technical specifications defined by analysts or architects, ensuring timely delivery and proper operation. * You will produce technical design and documentation, as well as user manuals, adhering to established methodology and building upon functional and technical designs. * You will perform coding of programs and customization of required tools. * You will support the design and preparation of test and training environment data, as well as integration testing, ensuring quality control of both documentation and developed programs. * You will review continuous integration reports and make necessary corrections to ensure maximum code quality. * You will carry out functions and analyses for low-complexity projects. * You will report to the Analyst and/or Project Manager on any risks, incidents, or obstacles impacting project quality. * Corrective, adaptive, and evolutionary maintenance; integration tasks.
