Discarlux, a leading company in the distribution of matured beef, is seeking to hire a butcher/bone remover to carry out the following tasks: \- Bone removal for production \- Bone removal for counter display \- Order preparation \- Preparation of processed products \- Application and maintenance of preservation and packaging conditions for carcasses, cuts, and other meat products Requirements Experience in cutting room operations Over 5 years of experience in deboning large cattle Must have personal vehicle to access the workplace (Vallecas industrial area) Food handler certification is a plus Experience in production lines and the food industry We offer Stable contract Full registration with Social Security Morning working hours (starting at 5:00 AM) Location: Vallecas Industrial Park Annual gross salary with potential for 12\-14 payments Position type: Full-time Salary: 25\.000,00€\-33\.000,00€ per year Work location: On-site
