Job Summary: We are seeking a Sheet Metal Press Brake Operator for assembling ambulances and special vehicles, configuring and operating press brake machines, and interpreting blueprints. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strengthens the production team for assembling special vehicles. 2. Configures and operates press brakes to bend and shape metal. 3. Interprets blueprints and specifications for each task. **Description** --------------- We are a company specialized in assembling ambulances and special vehicles (medical, police, and mobile units), and we are looking to hire a Sheet Metal Press Brake Operator to strengthen our production team. Main Responsibilities: * Configure and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal plates and sheets. * Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules to determine required specifications for each task. * Select appropriate tooling, dies, and machine settings for each bending operation (SMED). * Place metal plates and sheets onto the press brake and align them precisely according to specified dimensions. Requirements: ✔ Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a sheet metal press brake operator or in a similar role. ✔ Knowledge of blueprint interpretation and measurement (calipers, squares, etc.). ✔ Experience with CNC press brakes is desirable. ✔ Ability to work collaboratively and attention to detail. ✔ Mechanical manufacturing, boiler-making, or metalworking training is advantageous.
