Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and responsible individual to manage dispatches in an industrial environment, controlling orders and operating forklifts. Key Highlights: 1. Temporary contract with possibility of permanent incorporation We are looking for a person to work in the dispatch area, responsible for managing material outbound logistics in an industrial environment. Main responsibilities include computerized control of delivery notes and orders using management software, as well as operating forklifts to move goods within the warehouse. Flexibility to adapt to various shifts—such as split shifts or rotating morning and afternoon shifts—is highly valued. This position requires proficient use of warehouse management systems and office tools, especially Excel, for inventory registration and tracking. Prior experience in warehouse operations within the industrial sector—and previous involvement in inbound and outbound product logistics—is essential. Practical experience and capacity for learning will be valued. A temporary contract is offered, with potential for permanent incorporation after an initial period. Working hours may be full-time (09:00–17:00) or rotating shifts: morning (06:00–14:00\) and afternoon (14:00–22:00\). We seek an organized, proactive, and responsible individual. Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar warehouse management roles, preferably within the industrial sector. Advanced proficiency in warehouse management software. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Valid forklift license and demonstrable forklift operation experience. Continuous training in logistics and inventory management will be valued.
