Job Summary: Management of the production line, staff training, and supervision of the production process to ensure quality standards and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the production line and staff training 2. Supervise the production process and ensure quality standards 3. Coordinate and improve processes with a team under supervision Manage production line utilization, staff training, and rest periods to ensure service levels. Supervise the production process by monitoring proper supply, traceability, machine speed, output quantity, and material losses, always complying with established quality standards. Coordinate with other supervisors and the production manager to review work reports, incidents, and process improvements, maintaining periodic records of production and shift activities. Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper functioning of facilities and equipment, communicating this requirement to the production team. The position oversees a team of 6 to 10 people. The position is full-time, with an indefinite contract and an annual gross salary ranging between 20\.000 and 35\.000 euros.
