Job Summary: Welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, providing support during their stay, as well as handling payments and using reception software. Key Highlights: 1. Previous customer service experience is valuable 2. Good level of Catalan and Spanish; other languages are valued 3. Organizational skills, ability to resolve incidents, and teamwork Camping Receptionist (Summer season – July to September) Welcoming and assisting guests. Managing reservations, check\-in and check\-out. Providing information and support to guests during their stay. Handling payments and using the reception software. Answering phone calls and emails. * Minimum 1 month of experience. Prior customer service experience is valued (e.g., in campsites, hotels, or tourism). Good command of Catalan and Spanish. English and/or French are considered an asset. Basic computer skills (POS systems, email, management software). Organizational ability and incident resolution capability. Friendly demeanor and excellent guest interaction skills. Ability to work effectively in a team.
