We seek to hire an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor integrated into the Industrial team, responsible for managing maintenance at the manufacturing and production center in Alcalá de Henares. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Among other responsibilities, the following stand out: * Clear and organized factory oversight, grounded on safety, quality, efficiency, commitment, and continuous improvement. * Execute and supervise preventive and predictive maintenance plans; jointly plan with the Plant Manager and schedule technical shutdowns. * Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic failures on the production line; respond efficiently to urgent repairs to minimize downtime. * Supervise the maintenance team, ensure compliance with safety regulations during repairs, and train the team in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL). * Analyze performance data (OEE, stoppages), propose improvements, and actively contribute to achieving department-specific and overall plant targets. * Coordinate and control the maintenance budget for equipment and plant process lines via monthly monitoring to ensure proper utilization and rationalization. * Coordinate external suppliers and contractors involved in machine and equipment repairs—both in production areas and general services—following PRL guidelines. * Monitor Lean methodology implementation (SMED, 5S, Kaizen, etc.) and ensure daily adherence. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Excellent opportunity for professional development within a company that is a leader in the construction sector and upholds strong ethical values. * Highly positive work environment, camaraderie, and teamwork. * Continuous training provided by the company. * Compensation commensurate with experience, knowledge, and values contributed. * Pension plan and Wellbeing Program (online Yoga/Pilates/HIIT classes, mental health support). **Requirements** -------------- We are looking for a candidate meeting the following requirements: * Degree in electromechanical, industrial, mechanical, or related engineering with a focus on industrial maintenance. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance management within continuous production plants, maintenance planning, and maintenance team leadership. * Ability to analyze maintenance data, diagnose failures in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions using continuous improvement tools. * Technical English proficiency at B2 level. * Proactivity and ability to respond effectively under pressure. * High degree of commitment, leadership, communication skills, and autonomy in results-oriented decision-making. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Responsibility and commitment to safety. * TPM certifications and PLC programming training will be valued. #LI-OM1 * **Location:** Alcázar de San Juan (Spain) * **Contract Type:** Permanent * **Working Hours:** Full-time * **Sector:** Construction and architecture * **Vacancies:** 1 * **Discipline:** Others * **Work Modality:** On-site
