




**Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate automation and engineering projects within pharmaceutical environments (production processes, utilities, packaging, etc.). * Supervise all project phases: planning, design, execution, validation, and commissioning. * Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and vendors, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, production, quality, validation, IT, maintenance). * Ensure compliance with GMP, GAMP5, and applicable pharmaceutical sector validation standards. * Participate in the technical definition of automation solutions (PLC, SCADA, DCS, MES, etc.). * Prepare technical and project documentation according to regulatory requirements. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization. * Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring proper scope and change management. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or equivalent. * Minimum of 3\-5 years of experience managing technical projects in industrial environments, preferably in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences sectors. * Solid knowledge of industrial automation (PLC, SCADA, DCS, industrial networks, instrumentation). * Familiarity with GMP, FDA, GAMP5 regulations and validation documentation. * Strong planning, management, and technical team leadership skills. * Advanced level of English (essential); French or German is a plus. * Communication, organizational, and results-oriented skills. * Availability for occasional national and international travel.
