Working schedule: 70% workload, expandable to full-time during vacation periods or when incidents require additional coverage. The schedule includes weekends, holidays, and night shifts. Requirements * Qualification: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) and/or Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate (GFGM) * Requirements: Tasks and responsibilities + Accompany and supervise individuals in their domestic duties, encouraging their autonomy, well-being, and improvement of quality of life. + Address individuals’ support and well-being needs during the night shift. + Administer and/or supervise prescribed medication. + Work towards their full integration into the community environment. + Coordinate and communicate with the Social and Housing Services Manager to improve users’ quality of life. * Mandatory requirements + Vocational training program in care for dependent persons. + Vocational training program in social integration or equivalent. + Experience in supporting individuals with support needs. + Availability for required working hours.
