We are seeking a SERVICE ADVISOR for our KIA dealership located in Sant Feliu de Guíxols (Girona). We are looking for a professional with mechanical knowledge and/or experience in the automotive after-sales sector. Commercial skills to identify customer needs and provide appropriate advice will be highly valued. If you are currently working but feel stuck and want to improve, this could be your opportunity. Your main responsibilities will include: * Vehicle reception from customers * Advising customers on vehicle faults * Preparing estimates based on repair orders * Invoicing * Following up on after-sales service for vehicles arriving at the workshop We offer: * Permanent contract and stable position * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00\-13:00 and 15:00\-18:00 * Continuous training provided by the company * Salary package consisting of a base salary according to collective agreement plus incentives based on objectives achieved by the workshop and brand (billing, performance, productivity, training, cross-selling, etc).
