Initial training provided by the company We are seeking a person for the administration and logistics area to join our team on a full-time basis from 8:00 to 16:00\. The selected candidate will be responsible for order and budget management, as well as logistical control of goods, including\-the receipt and unloading of materials. We offer integration into a stable company, with a morning intensive schedule and an organized, collaborative work environment. The selected candidate will perform the following tasks: Order management and tracking with suppliers and customers. Preparation and submission of budgets. Coordination of logistics for material inflows and outflows. Control and verification of goods. Receipt and unloading of trucks carrying materials. Administrative organization and support related to logistics activities. Registration and archiving of administrative documentation. * FIRST STAGE OF SECONDARY EDUCATION WITH DIPLOMA * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Basic computer skills and regular use of computers in a professional environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel). Ability to manage email and digital documentation. Skill in using digital administrative management tools. * Driving license: B * Indefinite-term employment contract * Intensive work schedule * Other relevant information: Immediate start.
