Preparation of ingredients for consumption or cooking. Preparation of dishes from the menu or à la carte. Management and coordination of the kitchen station. Receiving, storing, and organizing supplies. Compliance with good environmental practices (e.g., proper use of equipment, following waste separation systems, etc.). Following instructions from the supervisor. * Experience: 12 months. Prior experience in kitchens required. * Driver's license: B * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Intensive work schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1700' to '1780'
